Appointment Check in:
We ask you to come 10 mins earlier to your appointment for completing paper work such as insurance details for massage /acupuncture , Initial visit or updates. You’ll also be able to take a moment to go to the restroom or have a glass of water if need be.
If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
No Show & Cancellation Policy
- When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists and technicians only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
- If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
- Missed appointment fees are not to be direct billed. We can give you a receipt for the service you have late cancelled or missed that you are welcome to submit to your insurance provider.
- NO-SHOW appointments will be charged FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE.
Cell Phone Policy:
To enjoy your visit at our wellness center we kindly request that you do not use your cell phone in the spa to help us maintain the quiet environment.
Direct Billing:
Due to a variety of reasons with insurance providers or administration we cannot always guarantee direct billing for every appointment. Please note that all treatment fees are the responsibility of the client. We recommend calling your insurance provider prior to your appointment to сhесk the rеmаіnіng bаlаnсе on your policy, оr оthеr bеnеfіt rеlаtеd questions.
